When my car was brought around it had a dirty, wet paper floor mat on the floor as well as discarded plastic on the seat. One of our wheel center caps was missing. We had to ask for it back The wheel had grease left on it and the cargo net in the trunk was unsecured. Not up to the usual Lexus standards
