Your partner Tommy never contacted me and I had to call 3 times to see if my approval of the extra service was received and to find out when my car was ready. When I finally came to pick up my car 3 days later the cashier could not find the paperwork so I had to wait while she consulted with colleagues, went to your office twice, and went back to the repair station. I felt like my case fell through the cracks , especially irritating after I spent close to $3000. I’m going to find someplace else to perform my service from now on.

Tony, u were awesome. I'd go back to in a heartbeat. The tires psi cold were set to 39, all four, I noticed because I felt the ride a little rough. Who ever did that check perhaps can learn. 36psi cold is recommended which gets to 38 39 after running anyways when tires warm up
