I have asked to reset the Maintenance schedule on a dash board for the next visit of 500 miles or 6 months from now. But nothing was done. However, they put a sticker on the windshield by the deriver side as a reminder for the next visit for car maintenance. Sorry, I do not like sticker on my windshield!!

For the first time, I was disappointed in the service. I felt that I was being somewhat deceived to buy extra services that were overly priced, and that the pricing was not discussed with me openly. I paid for the servicing when I bought my car, and I now feel that was a setup to be up sold overlynpriced services when I come in for the servicing. I have not felt this on prior visits.

I was expecting a mid day update but did not hear. I called at around 5:30 and Christopher said, “your ears must’ve been ringing I was about to call you. Your car is ready sorry for keeping it bit longer but we want to isolate the issue with the steering wheel noise...”. I arrived a bit later and the car is ready but Christopher was gone for the day.
