I was mostly satisfied with the service. The 2 areas for improvement are: the process of getting your car worked on is time consuming. You wait for an advisor and wait again for a loan car. The second thing is the car wash was the worst ever. The windows were smeared and excess water causing water spots all over. You would be better off giving a voucher at a professional car wash company like Delta Queen.

I brought my car inSat am@ 11 for an oil change. I waited all day for a call but no one followed up. After i called you were closed @ 5. Disappointed no one called me Saturday to say my car was being kept all weekend and I had to call Monday to see if my car was ready. I expected Nathan to greet me and offer an explanation but he did not. When i went to pick up my car still no Nathan. I work in Cust Svc. You can do better.

I picked up my Lexus on Saturday and I'm not quite satisfied with the interior detail performed. In the past, the inside would be shiny and actually smell nice. There still glitter and finger prints in the leather seats areas and the plastics that I used to cover the front mats were still there. It doesn't seem that they applied conditioner to the seats and interior areas nor that they clean the carpets and mats. I would appreciate if you could look into this. Thank you!

When I picked up the car as I was paying, I asked the attendant if she could call the Vallet to bring the car right away while I was finishing to pay as I was in a hurry.
She said, no need the car will be ready when you get out on the side door.
When I was done paying, she requested the car. It took 7 minutes before the car was brought as the Vallet was busy with people ahead of me.
Had she asked for the car when I suggested, there would have been no wait.

Tommy is a true asset... took me in as a walk in due to flat tire, passenger side front. Tommy always greets me with a smile... always positive and full of energy! RX gas loaner was great. Only complaint was the car wash on my GS... inside front windshield was not cleaned well... my view at night was blurry while driving from Santa Clara to Modesto to visit my brother in law.
