The woman who made appt guaranteed 1 hour - 1 1/2 hours tops and I questioned her at the time. When I checked in I was told 2 hours. Three and a half hours later a dirty car was ready (wash would have taken two more hours) and the car was left In A terrible state- plastic over seats, dirty paper floor mats left - red number tags on keys and seats and nav screen had a prompt to exit maintenance mode. Notification popped up about a recall you supposedly fixed. Very bad service. We’re a two Lexus car family and repeat customers - very unhappy.
