It’s my third visit at SCL, while the facility is A+++, I really appreciate the complimentaries -work space and snacks in great varieties ...thank you SCL for creating a tolerable space to wait. My last 2 visits I work with 2 different service reps they were ok , they did their job and I’m happy with how my car is taken care of, but I don’t find it necessary to be very specific to find the same rep in my future visits. But with Tony yesterday , I think I’m going to request for his service in my next appointment he not only took care of the car But he is genuinely friendly and nice and very informative , likes to talk about what’s new with the Lexus lines. He can create loyal customers for the lifetime of the vehicle.
