Thank you for your excellent service and for being so courteous. Normally I get my vehicle serviced in Monterey Ca but their service department is not able to service my car because it’s lowered. You guys have great state of the art equipment and I love that I was able to watch my “baby” get serviced through the service window. This is first time I have service here. Tommy is really helpful ? he answer all the questions and look throughly for all the service including recall item . He also help me to get the shuttle . The shuttle Service is awesome, it’s ready in five minutes. The driver is really polite and drive safely, 1 to 1 service and both way .
For sure I will ask for Tommy next time.

Unfortunately, I’m not fully satisfied with the cleaning part wherein though you had mentioned that it’s rainy days and a detailed cleaning makes no difference, I expected the basic cleaning. I have to clean all the mirrors and windshield as I couldn’t see clearly in the night. It was a messy job that they returned with on cleaning and I’m sorry that I have be blunt on this. This is my second experience of this kind on my second service which is very unfortunate..! The rest of everything was great..! Thank you.

I had a 10:00 appointment, and after waiting for 30 minutes for an advisor to show up, I was quite frustrated. I went to look for a manager and was told by one of the attendants that he would get me an advisor ASAP. Melissa came out, apologized for the wait and continued to check me in and tell me what was going to be done to my car. She kept in contact with me when my car was done and I saw her when I picked up my car the following day. I was so pleased with her concern and will now call her when my car needs servicing.
