I purchased this vehicle in 2011 I made sure I took my car in to get the routine services so I can maintain this vehicle . I’ve had lots of work done to it not till my faults but to the fault of the manufacturer need a new engine in there my navigation doesn’t work the radio, doesn’t work , airbag recall Took it in for them to service the recall done several months later my airbag no longer works and Lexus tells me oh due to the age of the car there’s nothing we can do it’s going to cost you a couple thousand dollars to repair it . each time I go in all I hear is it’s an older vehicle that’s what has the problem that has but I have a vehicle much older than this but I still drive that I just do the basic maintenance and it’s not had any major problems I’m very disappointed with Lexus . I have found out that this car cannot work properly after eight years . That’s the time when I started having lots of problems with this vehicle and everyone in there keeps telling me due to the age of the car this is why these things are happening . You asked me for the server in the past I’ve given a survey I’ve heard nothing back from Lexus about my disappointment with the car . Especially when I bought it in 2thousand 11 it is a 2008 vehicle and no one informed me that the navigation wasn’t never updated when I purchased it into thousand 11

Service is good. But when a customer commits to purchasing several lexus lines, one would appreciate added attention to their concern. I own 3 lexus. All 3 purchased over the past two years. I own 1 Porsche, I( albeit cost more than all 3 lexus combined) and the Porsche service is stellar over Lexus. Lexus should give better attention to ones concerns and stop leveraging the systems as the know all. People feel, systems don't.
