The front desk neglected to notify my advisor of my arrival, as they said they would. I patiently waited for an hour, before returning to the desk to inquire again about my vehicle. It had apparently been ready for an unknown amount of time. The advisor had given me a completion time the day before. I had planned my day around that estimate. Certainly, not an earth shattering event, but I’m very disappointed by the mishap. Thank you.
