All was great except for the check in wait time. I arrived at my appointment time and waited 50 minutes until loaner car was processed. At a small shop, I would have been in and out in 10 minutes. My experience at other dealerships has also been much swifter, but Chris and the women at loaner desk were pleasant and professional.
