Everything was great except the car wash. The person who washed the windshield did a terrible job on the inside. It is so streaked that at sunset it’s hard to see. I noticed a similar job on the loaner I had but it wasn’t as bad. I think you guys need new cleaner or rags. One of the two I’m sure. I don’t think it’s the person who cleaned it more than just the cleaner or rags. I’m going to now have to have someone clean the car again because I cannot clean the inside windshield due to shoulder issues. But other than that everything else seems fine. Thanks!

This was the worst experience to date at this Lexus, and I have been coming here for years. The messages from the call center to the dealership anoint what i wanted were not communicated including reserving a loaner. The attendants during drop off and pick up were not anything like the service oriented ones from previously, and the flow of cars in and out was horrible. I was called at 3;14pm and told my car was ready for pick up. I drove from Menlo Park and it was not ready, and I did not get my car until 4:45. There were many people including me waiting extended periods of time for their cars. I have always used this service very tee for their service and professionalism. This time has seriously impacted my future thinking. Chester checked me in and was fine, but did not check me out and an assistant kit took my money. He eventually came out at 4:45 to bring my car around. This experience was not so much about him, but the whole service center.
