Marshall provided excellent service and went above and beyond the calling. He made sure I understood the needs of my car, and that I was well informed about what was to be done and how much it would cost. He also recommend that I change my tires based of their treads. I am very happy with my service and would like to commend Marshall for proving why Lexus IS superior to other companies due to their excellent customer service.
