Great service and a great dealership. Maybe there would be a way if you have an appointment at 10:40am, you could get the customer out before 12:00. Very busy dealership, I would suggest more service advisors?

I’ve owned an LS400, GS430, RX350 and now a RX450h, and will always comeback to a Lexus dealership for service.
Try device advisor was very professional and friendly and kept me up to date all along the way.
