Marshall Blank was very professional. The woman who assisted me with my loaner vehicle was also very professional. However, she made one error. I requested a small SUV, since I had two rather large bags of gear to bring to my work. She told me she had something bigger. She brought me to a 350 sedan. Rather than object and waste time getting a diffeeent vehicle, I took the sedan. Two issues with the sedan. I didn't like that it was loaned to me with a half tank off fuel. Off greater concern was the a/c. It didn't blow cold air. This was annoying on the drive back to the service center. I'm sure Mr. Penske would not approve.

Thank you Nathan for providing good service for my RX350 30k miles maintenance. He updated me with check result and replaced battery in my car key. Only One small thing that I was not expecting, my car was not washed after maintenance. After I called Nathan, he offered me to come back to have car wash in a week time, since wash machine was broken when my car was in shop.
Overall I am happy with Lexus car service as always.
