No damage was repaired nor was attempted. No explanation as to why, or how to go about damage to car. Found out that the repair that I needed is actually able to be done at service center, but wasn't. Left baffled as to why my agent went away for three days leaving me in the dark, passing me to someone else. Waited 3 days, drive during rush hour from San Francisco to be given back my car still damaged but with a car wash. I am beyond frustrated and angry.
