I was very pleased with the service provided by Tommy. The concern I have relates to when I picked up my car. After paying the cashier for the service, they told me that someone would bring my car to the front of the service center. While waiting, I spoke to another service advisor. I then went outside to the front, and found a man exiting my car and his wife sitting in the passenger seat!!! I asked them why they were sitting in my car, and they told me that someone gave them the keys, and thought it was their car (they have the same car). I could not believe this! Why wasn’t any check done before handing over keys? I notified another attendent about this, and his explanation was that “they’re supposed to check” and remove the tag from the keys before giving to the owner (which wasn’t done either). Please make sure your staff correctly validate that the right keys and car go back to the right owner. Thanks

I have two things that were not the usual Lexus standard this time. One was that it rook an hour to drop off the car and get the loaner on Saturday. This may be because Saturdays are just busier, but it was a long wait. Today when I picked up the car it was quick l, and the car was washed (thank you), but the inside console and screen and dashboard was very dusty. It would be nice to have that part of the car cleaned as well. But nothing horrible. Just suggestions. Thanks!
