Service experience was hood. The cubicles yo work are fantastic. Would suggest adding a plug point there and perhaps loaning charger cords fir a few common phone types. I was there from 9:40-1:15pm. Better update proactively about delays and just eta’s would have been good

Gagandeep is very responsive! I originally told by other people that I was not able to get appointment on the same day. Gagandeep called me and learned my situation, immediately arranged 11:30am appointment. That was a big relief since I worry whoever stole my key will come to get the car! The main disappointment was that when I asked you if the car was washed you said yes at time of pickup and then it wasn't washed. I also asked when I dropped it off. Verify and don’t guess.
Then I called and he said, “oh the washer was broken and you can come anytime). Who has the time to drop be back there for a car wash??????!!
