I just got my second Lexus - and I feel extremely comfortable to do so because of the service I receive at the Lexus Service Centre. Hes Miranda in particular has been excellent and always gives me the best service. I have the greatest confidence in the team at the Stevens Creek Service Centre.

I appreciate your help. For a simple 15,000 mile maintenance and picked up 3 hours later to have a mess to clean up is ridiculous. No reason to have scuffed up the drivers door jam. Most of the work was outside the car so what's the deal. Anyway, you can tell I'm not happy with someone not caring. The fact I'm responding negatively towards your friendly text ruin the service experience.

Brought my car on time for my 1:40pm car service appointment and I was told that it should be done by 4:30pm. So I arrived before 4:30 and it was still being serviced but I waited at the lounge anyways. I got a text message at 5:11pm that service is completed and ready for pick up so I went to the front desk and they said it’s in the car wash. I followed up after 15minutes but not yet ready. I was already late for my appointment at 5:30pm so I had to pull out my car at 5:45pm NOT WASHED!
