Very disappointed in our experience. Request for assistance with adjusting our seat that was changed by a Lexus employee was overlooked. Car was not washed. Asked to meet with you when we picked up our car but you never answered the page. After being told about the required repairs for $8500 before our car could have an alignment we went to another company. They found no hydraulic leaks and said the repairs were not necessary. Please pass this information on to the service manager.

We came in at 7am for the cilajet application. Steve had been great getting us in and out ASAP. Loaner was setup with Mya prior. So great so far. Until I checked out how our car's paint. Water spots could be found in plenty of the paint area. These could be the missing spot that cilajet was never applied. There are also smearing on various interior trim by whatever they used that I had to spend time cleaning up. I must say I'm disappointed for what they charged and how lousy of a job they did. Please lemme know if someone knows who I could talk to regarding this. Thanks

I have been coming here for 3 years now. It was a bad experience this time. The advisor was aggressive and did not listen. I complained that my car is louder than usual(I have been driving it for over 3 years and I know if it got louder). He just dismissed me saying it’s normal. I tried again, but this person just didn’t listen. Either he is not knowledgeable or a bad listener. Either way, I think my time is up with your service center. Not coming back again

Michael, your service was great, I was so pleasantly surprised by getting the gas filled. I was planning to fill the gas on my way back, since it was less than half the tank. I was Not looking forward to that as that’s one of my disliked chores. So when I started driving and looked At fuel gauge, I was so happy to see it showed Full.????. Car was clean.
