My fuel cap cover was left opened after the service and I only discovered it today. This could be a safety risk and I’m really worried if there is anything else left in wrong conditions.

Used to having clear communications from my previous advisors. They always communicate the findings or status of my my vehicle whether it be in great conditions or need attentions. This time zero communications after I pick up my car. Worst service advisor by far at Lexus west coast region. I didn’t even know I had to do paperwork and retrieve my car from service desk. Thanks for letting know I had to find that out on my own. Also it wasn’t busy since it was at the end of the day.The young ladies working the service desk were a bunch of zombies. Felt like I was dealing with the walking dead all the way around. Considering looking elsewhere for service in the future.

I have not yet received the mechanical key that fits into my electronic key. The 2nd mechanical key was missing in the 2nd electronic key. Dotty said she’d have it made and mail it to me along with the little metal number tag she said she needed for this purpose. I called Putnam Lexus in Redwood City to ask about buying a little bottle of paint to touch up any nicks in the future and asked him about the key at the same time. He said it only takes 5 minutes to make and all he needed was my vehicle Vin number and it cost 90 for the key (and $35 for the little bottle of paint.). Second, my son noticed the two front tires are different (both same size but one was extra load etc). So he looked under the front bumper and found a bracket was not connected - it just raised the question if the car hit a pothole perhaps. Your department painted the underside of the front bumper and some fairly noticeable scratches on the lower right bumper and both the paint earls were excellent, but as my son looked at the whole picture he said it just raised question about it and the difference in tires. I hope to receive the little metal key and number plate soon so I do not have to buy it along with the little bottle of red paint for future need touch up. Overall Stevens Creek Lexus provided excellent service and the reason I called Putnam Lexus IS it’s closer to our home and has serviced my old Lexus. I haven’t driven the new Lexus very much yet as I have to learn a lot of features my old Lexus didn’t have.
