Wait time for shuttle at drop off time was more than 25 minutes.
Wait time to pick car was long. They say few minutes but that meant 10minutes.

Service rep is excellent, but replaced light bulb died in two days, had to come back to service again. Also waited more than 50 mins to get a loaner car! Dealer might want to have more staff in the busy hours! I was put in low priority queue and had to watch others jump ahead of me! Bad experience!
