The car is not properly as u stated. The interior is not even vacuum. The tire frame is untouch. It is considerably dirty. I paid 700$ for this low quality service. Not coming back again.

My experience was treated more as a transaction than an actual visit for some advice with an “advisor”. Soon as I walked in I already see the dollar signs in my advisor’s eyes. No recommendations what so ever. Just “you NEED to get this and NEED to get that.” Was then called back about my batteries for the car saying I needed new ones when I had just got them replaced 2 years ago and it was still under warranty. But nothing I can do, I want my car running well and safe so I paid what I had to pay. I feel most advisors at this location will target the ones that doesn’t know a lot about cars and pinch them for every penny they have. Horrible experience. Treat your guest like a GUEST when they visit your home not a transaction. I know you need to meet a certain quota or numbers for your pockets, everybody has bills to pay, as your job you’re suppose to do what best for THE GUEST and give them the best advice as an advisory. Not what’s best for your pockets.
