This was not Melissa's fault because it happened before I was connected with her.
When I initially contacted Lexus over the phone to schedule service to fix the recall JLF, some parts were not in stock. The person I talked to on the phone said that Lexus would order the parts and would contact me when they arrived.
Meanwhile because my car is on registration hold waiting for that recall, I cannot use that car.
Two weeks pass and I don't hear anything from Lexus. Finally I call and they say the parts are now available. So, apparently NOBODY notified me that the parts arrived and were sitting there for awhile. What is a customer supposed to do? Call every day to check if the parts have arrived? You guys should be better than that.

Even though my car would be ready is 3-4 hours, Mike Babcock said there were loaners out front and I could have one. This enabled me to do errands, get to a doctor appointment and attend a workshop at night. Mike had my car completed in time for me to drop off the loaner, pick up my car, and be on time for a night class beginning at 6 pm. Saved me a ton of time. Appreciate your time, Mike, & super customer service.
