I had the very best experience with Deep at the Lexus of Steven’s Creek service department! He was very helpful and took care of all of my concerns. Deep went above and beyond the usual service representative. I think Lexus is such a wonderful company to work with. We have had nothing but great service from the time we bought the car through the 2 service appointments. Deep made this last service wonderful. The staff is amazing!

Paymon and Sam were exceptional and consistent with the customer service I would expect from Stevens Creek Lexus, However, my son had a very poor experience with Marshall Blank. I would respond to that survey but Marshall never sent a survey to respond to. I have purchase three vehicles (first vehicle in 2004 which I still own) from Lexus Stevens Creek and always taken my vehicles to Stevens Creek for service. When my son went to Stevens creek for a quote to repair the front grill he was given a quote which I thought was reasonable, When he return the next day when the part arrived he was surprised it did not include installation and was told they had to remove the bumper and it would be difficult to install. If that was the case, we believe you need to be more transparent when providing a quote. When my son left Lexus he felt he was not treated with respect. I would expect Lexus to provide the same level of customer service for my son that I received over the past 15 years.
