Wait time for giving the car for servicing was too long. I had to re-hash my plans for that morning. Also, despite calling in ahead while on the way and requesting the car to be ready outside for quick pick-up, it was not kept ready and took time again. The rep was very good otherwise and servicing too. But time/logistics need improvement. Thanks
