Steve was great!! He explained everything and I felt good about the work I was having done. The only suggestion I have is you should have an appointment line. Was disappointed that I still had to wait and it took 45 minutes to get checked in and out, when I had an appointment. It was 30 minutes before I met with Steve, the check in process for customers with appointments needs to improved.
