Disappointed in two things: 1) an estimate of $160 to ask someone to listen to a rattling when I turn the car. It likely was just something loose in the tire well but because I already was paying $160 for another sound check for a rattling in the roof, it seemed absurd for me to pay this so I declined to have it investigated. 2) upon picking up my car the horn had been disconnected. I discovered this after nearly getting into an accident and being unable to honk my horn to warn the driver. Dangerous. Upon returning to have it fixed the next day, I was unable to get someone to quickly just check it was disconnected. I had to get a loaner car for the day. When it was looked at it was quickly identified and resolved. The whole thing maybe took 15 minutes but wasted about 2 hours of my day and moving appointments to accommodate lexus’s dangerous error. An apology would’ve been nice but even that minimum gesture wasn’t given. Pretty disappointing compared to my experiences at Magnussen.
