The service was performed quickly. The advisor was very courteous and professional. No complaints whatsoever.

I had a 40k service appointment at 9:20am. I showed up at 9:20am on the dot and made it clear I needed the service done by the same day because I was on vacation the next day. I left with a loaner vehicle and waited for my car to be done. Usually, I would get status updates on my car from the consultant via text but I didn’t receive any texts regarding my service. I called randy a couple time but got no answer. I was worried so I called in about 10 minutes prior to 6:00pm to check up on the service and found out my car hasn’t even been looked at! After I hung up, I received a call from Randy saying my car hasn’t been looked at and that I should keep my loner vehicle until after I come back from vacation. I asked why. He told me he had to step out of the office because his car was towed last weekend. After re-explaining my situation with him again, he was able to get a technician to look at my vehicle. This was offsetting for two reasons, #1 it made me feel like they were rushing through my service and #2 I brought my car in at 9:20am and my car still hasn’t been looked at. Somewhere in this service, the ball was dropped. I would never have Randy be the consultant to my vehicle again and would not recommend him for another service.

Carlos was great. He was quick and efficient.
My disappointment was with the wait time. I did arrive early, but I waited for over 20 minutes before being helped and had to go up to the counter to ask to be helped. Once I went up, I was helped shortly after. I then had to wait again to get a ride back to work (I was already over my allotted lunch limit). I had even gone up to the ride counter upon arrival to let them know I was going to need a ride back to work. Again, my dissatisfaction was not a reflection of Carlos’ performance- he was professional and helpful.
