This was a very pleasant experience. I brought in an old, salvaged car that was rattling for a recall and when I got it back, it didn't rattle anymore! I thought maybe I'd get brushed off because it's not a newer car, but the service was exceptional regardless. Dealerships can be intimidating places, but Dru made me feel totally welcome; he even took the time to explain how the permits work a bit so I can avoid trouble. The shuttle service was convenient. I was also allowed to pick my my car up 3 minutes before closing. This place is awesome.
