Tommy is an excellent service advisor. He always found me a time slot to have the car serviced, be it a normal 10,000 service, or accidental having 4 nails in one tire. He cares about his client; I happen to be a caregiver husband of a late stage cancer spouse. I did not have much free time between her many appointments and procedures at Stanford in Palo Alto. He gave me lots of convenience.
