I have never been treated so valued by any service manager as I have with Randy Solomon. No question I asked was too basic nor any answer less than clear. I look forward to a great working relationship with Lexus Stevens Creek and Randy Solomon.

Carlos Munoz was pretty rude when I picked up the car. I was asking for clarification and his response was "I already told you". Even if he thinks he already answered the question, he should try to understand what I need to feel comfortable instead of being rude. Terrible customer service.
