Thank you for following up with having Melissa following with the call to let me know the car was ready for pick up. She was great and facilitated me with my small window of time I had to come over return loaner and purchase a new battery. She brought my car up. Checked with Eric in psrtd who ordered my battery and they arranged for it to be placed in my trunk and then I was able to get in and pay at one desk and the the parts desk and was out and back to my office right on time for my next client at 5 pm. I really appreciate the great Teamwork. Best experience among many at Lexus.

My last visit was for 20K miles maintenance and wheel rim repair. Overall, I received great service from beginning to the end. I was able to make reservation online and reserve a loaner car. Dropped off my car on the date of appointment and only waited for 10 mins to pick a loaner car. The service was quick, my car was ready for pickup within only 3 business days as scheduled. The rim was repaired like in a new condition. The service rep., Chris, is very friendly and helpful. Very happy with my experience with this service location.
