I was not happy with Lexus service I did a appointment for oil change they used to give me a car rental but instead of giving me a rental they has me go in a Uber with I had no idea we’re to go I has my children with me and had be going around walking with all our stuff going in to a Uber back and forth I had a vey sad experience maybe next time I would just go to Fresno to get my service done .I will not. Recommend it to go to Stevens creek for service I drop off my car early and did not recive it 8:30 -12

My frustration with this service experience has nothing to do with my service advisor, but rather that there was an obvious scheduling problem which resulted in too many appointments being scheduled this morning. When I arrived on time for my 10:40 am appointment there were so many cars waiting to b checked in that I barely was able to turn off the street and pull into the service drop off area. I then had to wait approximately 40-45 minutes to see a service advisor and have work started on my vehicle. If I’m courteous enough to show up on time for my appointment, I expect your service department to reciprocate the courtesy and be ready to start work on my car as scheduled. I don’t understand how your service department could so over-schedule your service technicians this morning that there would be such delays in getting work started on cars scheduled for service. It isn’t fair to your service technicians, advisors or customers. Why were so many more service appointments scheduled than your set department had the capacity to handle? I expect better from Lexus and hope my future service appointments are handled more professionally/efficiently.
