Diane called me and I left a message on 10/21. Never heard back from her. It wasn’t to the same standards as my previous car detail at Stevens Creek. Water spots on back tailgate bumper and from side windows was puzzling because I thought it would be washed and then waxed. Back window not clean and was smeared like a dirty cloth was used to wipe it. Auto green light for parking was off. The light has always been on so I had to get out my manual and figure out what has been done with the parking brake. Lotion from legs and elbows was not given any special attention. I worked more on it myself when I got the car home.
