Hi Marshall, thanks for the great service. I’m really pleased with how everything was handled. My car got washed after all and came out spotless! They must have repaired the car wash in the afternoon. It turns out your car loan department no longer requires a credit card. Customers just need a driver’s license and proof of insurance. Any damage or extra gas fill up charges will just be added onto the bill upon return. Thanks again. I’ll be back for my 45K service.

Nathan was awesome and even set the expectations he would be out the next day and had someone to cover him. One of my fog lights was out while the other one working. I got the car back and both fog lights are out. I’m afraid to take it back timo it get charged a $180 diagnostic fee.

The cabin noise is such a hard thing to fix. But Deep and the technician team (Steve and Jake if I remember correctly) really helps a lot and keep the Lexus in a high NVH standard by putting my new ES in a comfort, quiet drive again!
