I like everything about your service center, except for the location. As you know, traffic is really bad with all the construction, and the development along Coleman will only make it worse. Not much you can do about that however. Some call it progress!

Joseph was a tremendous help in getting our car taken care of today. Although it was supposed to be a minor service appointment, a couple of safety issues presented themselves during the service and Joseph was able to schedule at least the start of the repairs the same day.

There was residual dog hair left on seats and carpet, inside of windshield looks like it was wiped down with something other than glass cleaner. The glove box in front of passenger was never opened, vacuumed, or cleaned. In addition, I dropped off vehicle with 1/4+ tank of fuel and it had the low fuel light on when I picked up vehicle
