I got excellent service from Tommy.
He always has a big smile for his customers.
He treats his customers equally, also very polite toward
the elderly.
During the day, he would let the customer know about
the service progress.
He informed me about my tires warranty.
Never try to oversold unnecessary services.
But if I requested any extra service, he always
gets it done promptly.
He has great knowledge about all cars concerned.
He always tries to meet half way of customers affordability
so customers can afford to keep coming back.
I feel very comfortable to talk to Tommy about all my
car services need instead of “struggling” when I first came to
Lexus years ago ( any service with 1st advisor Marie was
ballooned to unaffordable price that we were always looking to switch).
I think overall, Tommy make customers feel very welcome & very comfortable.
