I was VERY frustrated with my service experience on Wednesday, Jan 29. I received NO texts, calls or communication whatsoever from the service person during the day like I normally do. I had to call at 4:00 pm to find out the status of my car. Then I was told it was ready so I headed over and arrived shortly after 4, paid for my car and was told to wait to be called when my car was brought up. I waited over 45 MINUTES and asked 2 people 3 TIMES what was going on. Every time I come for service I wait and wait so I expect that. However, this time was ridiculous and when the desk person called the service guy and he FINALLY brought the car around (which must have fallen through the cracks) he walked over and handed me my keys saying "here you go"...no apology or explanation. I'm not sure I will continue my services at this location. It is so busy and people should at least acknowledge when they screw up and make people wait unnecessarily.
Oh and no car wash due to some facility updates so didn't even get a clean car.
