Steve was nice, but overall the quality of service that I was accustomed to at Lexus was lacking. I’ve had recalls performed at this service station several times in the past, therefore I was incredibly disappointed how much your processes have changed. I had an appointment and requested a loaner vehicle. I was anticipating a Lexus vehicle but instead I was handed off to Enterprise. There’s too much shuffling around and considering I was there for a recall, I felt not as valued as a client as compared to others getting their cars serviced. I also understand that your car was is being overhauled, but Lexus should still
Have an alternative means to wash cars. This experience has tainted my perception of Lexus. I’m on the market for a new vehicle this year, but after this visit, I will not be considering a Lexus.

I totally had the best experience at Lexus - while my car was being fixed I had a chance to drive a wonderful new loaner car. A few of my coworkers got a little jealous :) I kept receiving updates throughout the day and when I picked up my car I was blown away when I saw that it had a full tank of gas! I shared my experience with friends and family members! I am sure it inspired a lot of people. Thank you so much!! I truly had the best day.
