Hi,
I wonder if any procedures have to perform after installing a new battery. I found that my side mirrors did not turn inward after locking as normally it does. I will return back to the shop tomorrow for correction. Otherwise, everything look acceptable, special my service advisor is over standardized.

Joseph's customer service was on point. He was pleasant, polite and accommodating. The issue was with the pick up. I waited over 30 min to get my car and nobody seemed to know what was going on. I went back to the desk and asked if it was normal to wait that long. She followed up with a gentleman that was standing there and he seemed less than interested. She asked if he was the only getting cars and he said he didn't know. She radioed out to someone but there was no response. The young gentleman then proceeded on to say that he doesn't use the radio. I felt like he was nonchalant and just didn't care. When my car was brought up to me, it was wet but it wasn't raining.
