The experince was not at all what I would expect from Lexus . Have been getting my vehicle serviced here for last 5 years but I think now it’s time to move to another dealer . 1 - wanted tires replaced but was given a price which was $400 more than all the other places ( Costco, Walmart etc) . Mind it it’s for same brand and tire item number . Can’t believe that you guys have audacity to do so. In any seriousness how is that not cheating . A hundred here and there is still acceptable but $400.on Top of that Mr Tommy didn’t even try to salvage the situation, my suggestion is to have better customer service training for employees . Wasted my time and one of the reasons I wanted to come to service . 2 no car wash or cleaning . Again unbelievable . You guys have mentioned it however what help does it provided . Could have given credit or outsourced the wash to some other provider . I have Mazda and the dealership gives coupon to get car wash from other places . Can’t believe it that . When Lexus goal is for better customer expeince I don’t think so it was anywhere near to it . 3 had asked Me tommy to have my car key batteries replaced . Never happened . When I was given the car back waS not done . Had to come back , talk to multiple people to ha e it done . Another 30 mins wasted . 4 shuttle ride was good and my dives Gary was a great guy . However coming back was a hassle . Had to coordinate it myself calling the service center talking to receptionist . Was transferred to multiple people couple of time , repeat the same stuff to have to drive back to pick up the car sorted out . So overall I can give 1 start for oil change which I could have done at some other place at fraction of cost .

Thank you for the service. I think you didn't explain about service items and the results completely. Especially I knew that I could not got my car wash when I got it back. After fixing car washing system, could you provide me car wash service? I want to be explained about two items marked by yellow colour on inspection form. I didn't receive e-mail about this maintenance after making appointment from you. Is it normal? Thank you BC Kim
