Our experience today unfortunately was very poor.  We lease our vehicle and work hard to take good care of it to ensure we’re being fair to the dealership.  Our last two services have been free and we assumed all our services moving forward would be as well.  Our service advisor called us at 7:30 this morning and told us no work needed to be done on the car but he recommended several upgrades.  We assumed Lexus took care of them financially since we don’t own the car and at no point did Joseph ever tell us our financial portion.  He completely upsold us and we were shocked to receive a bill when we arrived - especially when the service wasn’t needed and it’s not a car we plan on keeping long term.  Beyond that, our car was COVERED in bird poop and was filthy - it was completely clean when we dropped it off last night.  And no point did anyone tell us that the car wash wouldn’t be provided.  When this has happened in the past at other dealerships, they always at least provide a voucher to have the car washed elsewhere.  So not only did we have to pay a bill that was unethical, we then had to take the car and pay an additional $35 to have someone else wash it.  We understand mixups happen, but there was a complete miscommunication with Joseph all around and our experience was really poor.  This feels more and more like we’re a number and less and less like we’re valued customers

My car was not washed and oil change sticker not replaced. Hope oil change was performed. Also, paperwork said I declined multi point inspection but I don’t recall being asked and I don’t know if included with oil change or even the price. Could have been more thorough.
