Randy Solomon did an excellent job of helping me with what I thought was an issue with my NX300h but in fact my lack of understanding of specific features of the vehicle. He took my concerns seriously and help come to a clean conclusion. Thanks Randy!

The service was completed but some of the finer details are missing. For example the car was very dirty, not washed according to the attendance. The next service due reminder was not attached to the windshield. I don't know whatelse is missing but I am disappointed by these.
