Michael was very thoughtful and considerate of time constraints. However,
when I called for an update, I called the general number and I was told Michael was gone for the day. I asked to talk to his covering person. After ten minutes waiting, I hung up. Several time consuming and income loss effects ensued. I will buy a new car this year and likely not a Lexus based on this experience. When I picked my car, I received a wonderful explanation that Michael was only gone for lunch but I have limited time for incompetent staff
