Ramsin noticed a scratch in the back of my car and I mentioned to him that the back sensors were not working when I backed up. It turned out the sensors were accidentally turned off. Bad location of the push button that can be easily turned off without knowing it. Ramsin did a great noticing the scratch which let me know that the sensor indicator was turned off. Great job, as always!

The Cillajet application was uneven inside the vehicle — the passenger door, for example shows splashes. I’ll contact the service department after the COVID-19 shelter-in-place is lifted to see about fixing that — as I discussed with Randy on the phone.
I appreciated getting the cargo mats delivered to my house so quickly — thanks.

There’ was a lot of dust on the dashboard and especially the floor wasn’t clean at all. To be honest that my wife wasn’t completely happy with that. We bought a Lexus SUV with a hope that its service is better than Acura but it’s very disappointing.
What can you do to improve this and make it right?
