The low tire pressure warning light still keeps coming. Looks like the warning light is not reset after the tire change. How do I get it fixed?

Have bought in my 2019 ES 300h car twice for windshield replacement. There was a 3/8” gap between top of windshield and roofline and the side moulding were loose and broken. Bought it a second time and the service consultant said it was now good. When picking it up I told him there is now a gap at the bottom between the windshield and the moulding. He said it would be ok. When I got home and able look at it more carefully, I can fit a small art paint brush handle between the windshield and moulding. THIS IS NOT OK!!! I’m bringing it back for a THIRD time, once the service consultant or manager calls me back, I sent pictures with the paint brush sticking out of the gap. That was yesterday, still no call back. This is not the excellence Lexus is know for.

Hi Randy, this is Andrea Rubnitz (Joel's wife). The service of my Lexus was great and was done very quickly - thank you. My issue was with the pick up. I decided it was safe to bring my car in during this time because of an email I received from Lexus about Corona Virus safety at the service dept. My understanding was that I could drop off the car with no one around (that was easy) and pick up could be done the same. I was upset that I not only had to go into the building to check out where there were people roaming around, I had to wait in line ( I do appreciate the 6ft distancing markers), and then stand at the desk not far enough from a clerk and sign like 8 pieces of paper. During this time there is no need for that. The service was paid for. I could have shown my ID at the front door and had someone just bring me my key preferably in a plastic bag. There were 4 people working or moving around behind the desk, not 6 ft apart, some wearing gloves some not. One person touched my keys another person touching all the papers I had to sign. I did see that the pen was being antibacterialed between uses. I think that Lexus is not being safe enough with their own employees after my experience. Again, I would not have done the service now if I knew I had to go into the building and deal with extra exposure. At the very least had I know ahead of time, I would have brought my mask and gloves. So, thank you again for the service - no critique of you at all, just Lexus in general. We live in electronic world - I could have easily signed something on my own phone from the safety of my home or outside the building. I also think the keys should be placed in plastic bags since.
