Randy Solomon was on top of everything- starting from appointment-checking in and checking out. Excellent service offered by Lexus Stevens Creek and specially by Randy. Keeping current situation in mind just drove up and checked in at lightning speed and did not have to wait for anything. Service was completed in timely manner and received clear instructions on picking up vehicle quickly as well. Representatives working at the check out desk was also very helpful and all paperwork was ready and handed the keys so I can walkout quickly.
