I had submit a previous comment this morning.
I’m not sure my comments was received. Overall service was ok. Not satisfied totally. I had better previous visits, I requested a comp. car wash but got a rinse maybe & mats shaken cleaned. No detailing, water spots on car body & bumper. It was very incomplete. I had rinsed my car 2 days ago gave it quick windshield wipe. My car look the same for pick up. I will think twice next time on any future services for now.. Thank you for your follow up.!

The left inner bumper is lose and it was one of the concerns we discussed but when l picked the car up, Carlos was not available but one the reps, informed me that it was fixed but it might have come apart again when the guys were test driving. Another rep had told me earlier that that department ( body shop) is closed at the moment. I heard two different stories, credibility and honesty is very

This was my first ever servicing experience with the Lexus of Stevens Creek, and I must say Marshall did a brilliant job. My car looked and felt absolutely new when I received it.
