My family has been servicing our Lexus cars with Lexus Stevens Creek for over 10 years. Today, overall service was ok but a couple of things were an issue.
Quoted 20K service cost a few months ago was about $350, today it jumped to $401. Also, labor cost for Front Brake Pads seemed a little too expensive. I understand that there might have cost increases due to COVID-19, but I found it a bit too excessive especially with everyone struggling even with 10% discount.
Car Wash for the second time in a row was disappointing again. Multiple areas on the exterior of the GS350 had watermarks and blemishes. I understand that the machine car wash may not get all areas but more attention to detail and care should be used regardless. Interior rear center floorboard (transmission hump) had white residue on the black carpet.
