This was my first time at this Lexus Service location. I was very impressed with the friendliness of your service staff. I also very much appreciate the loaner car while my car was being serviced. Marshal contacted me to give me updates and recommendations of issues of concern. I was also happy with how fast i was in and out when dropping off my car for service. It was equally fast when i arrived to pick up my car. I just may continue to buy future Lexus cars just because of your fantastic service department. Ramsin helped me to identify the front door problem immediately when we were at Lexus to pick up the car. Today I picked up with driver door actuator fix but for some reasons, door auto lock with speed did not work. I had the conversation with him what to do next and his suggestion was for him to have internal discussion whether Lexus can send technician for this rather than we go to Lexus again ( 3rd time visit for same issue )
